5 Way to Speed up a Sale

  1. Price it Right. Be Realistic at first.
  2. Get your home ready for market BEFORE you think about listing or showing at least two weeks.
  3. Know that showing happen when you least expect them. Be flexible.
  4. Be offer ready. Have an idea of that terms and price you are looking for in an offer.
  5. Don’t refuse to drop your price. If you have had no offers and very few showings in the first few days and weeks…be prepared for a price adjustment. The market is saying something and you do not want your listing getting too old and being passed by.
